Lone time is good!! I was just thinking of how my mind ran just a couple of months back, and i believed that it'd stick around for the next couple of years, maybe longer. Here am i, witnessing my own change of thoughts and experiencing the process. Its mental growth, being in one situation at one time leads us to fully believe in one thing, or even fight and stand that "ground" conducting extreme measures.

My very first encounter with this was when i recalled the things i penned down in a love letter back i was only 14 - chills all the way down my spine. And now, slowly, steadily, visibly, i am losing what i was led to trust was the right way and fucking start seeing things the big picture style oh yes. Have our hands on something productive, keep the momentum, enjoy the routine and shift those pointless speculations to what's in our faces, solve and pace pass them. My writing is not getting any better, too much to say, too few words to express, at least for my case. Most haven't noticed, i have recently started working for this Belgian beer restaurant, the name Brussels ring a bell? New people, new place, new routine. My previous entries may be suicidal, my blog's layout may be too darkening but DO NOT be deceived!! Andrew is now confirmed a happier man.

Its been close to a month since most of the gang left, the rest catching up with studies, with work and job hunting. Another thing that got me reminded, it is not only fear that comes with age, the fuck-ups will only get more severe as time grows and it is not up to anyone of us to provide a solution to another person so i will just hush this tobacco-wreaking-mouth right about now.

Wherever we go, we are exposed to these people, these articles, these answers to their own questions, devoting a purpose of proving itself right. Those who submit themselves so much to higher authority, the famous and in control ones seem thrilled to give what's left in them - dignity and self-realization. I believe that there's an agenda that lies behind every matter on earth. She conforms herself to these people 'cos she thinks its cooler to be seen with them. 8 hours and 48 minutes since 2009 came down on us. I love the night, it turned out to be nothing like my expectations 'cause the last few hours of the 31st was so depressing that I felt suicidal. Things eventually turned out just fine, alcohol makes me a happier person but I'm not gonna fall for the same addiction again. The morning drive back home was intense - fresh air blowing to our faces, tuned to dreamy stone songs and the sky seemed extra beautiful at the first breath.

I sound happy eh? At least I am now.

My problems brought from last year are still unsolved, tons of things are still troubling me, I'm still burst with anger within. Friends suddenly become disposable, the insignificant now seems vital. End. You are expendable, we don't need you, I don't need you.

An entry speaking of Christmas is overdue, but the effects from Christmas Eve are still fading like photographs - slow. I have popped more than 10 medical pills the past few days and they are still doing me nothing good, it's a sign. In fact, I like what I'm feeling now - Panadol's kick-in, Deftones' space rock on the spin and reminiscing year 2008. 2 days before it ends, I've to admit that it's been an emotional wave ride throughout this year.

An hour ago, I was behind the wheel stopped by the place I dropped my sister and her friends. Came across something reminiscing, these 4 barely legal teenage girls reminded me of the lost youthful days - dressed to kill and ready to fill. To where? A Christmas Eve party in church. It seemed pretty absurd to me but the fact's I'd been through that myself 5 years ago. The hair where half a bottle of wax was spent and pants riding so low like I wasn't wearing any. I've peaked that, laying huge concern of how people view me to embracing apathetic ignorance towards YOUR fucking opinions. Kids, pain in the ass. Been there done that.

Christmas Eve party in 2 hours time, I've a feeling its gonna be a real wicked one. For the first time in 5 years, Christmas won't be about god I don't worship to, getting a job done 'cause I know how to play the drums, or pretending its the happiest night of my life when it is not.

The break's been dragged too long. The last 8 days of of 2008, I regain and re-evaluate what's fun - alcohol, puss-says and weed (preferably some magic mushrooms). I'm off to not impress nobody now. End.

I was managing my posts and I came across that I have up to 4 unsettled entries, running across word to word of each post definitely re-sparked what I had conceived in mind during the time I got inspired to compose such topic. I have always written materials that are rather ‘controversial’. In response, some have bombarded me with questions and some have privately expressed their concern in which I appreciate at times but scenarios like this actually tick me off most of the time. The direction of this blog has been steered way too many times with the same layout as I modify the contents to be published. Some love to live the high profile when some choose to lay low. I have seen blogs where empty shells flash their weekly parties, making it an insignificant matter. I have also seen those where bloggers write on their views in life and things. And well, some dedicate time to serve on one purpose – interest, to name a few, automobiles, techie gadgets or entertainment related news. However I recently got swung with a blog in the middle of my meal, looking at its thumbnail picture misled me that it’s some medical site. Came to my surprise it was a sadist’s blog, making entries of how she cuts herself daily and blood-spattered photos to illustrate her methods of slitting, cutting and stapling. I feel sorry for her though, or to whomever who are cutting themselves. Most thinks that these people need help but is it really effective? We youth know how we turn blind and deaf to what’s coming our way when we are in too deep right? My point is, we learn best when we fall hardest on our asses. Its either that or we stay naïve. I recently got inspired a blog belong to a close friend of mine, of how life can be interesting with small matters. He without doubt hit a philosophical issue with humor, always as random. Have You Met Kinn? I ensure you a smile or a “What the fuck?” on the way out. Followed up by an event few days back, in a car ride with another mutual close friend of us, the Battery Operated Boyfriend. I looked up to the sunny blue sky to discover it to be such scenic as the recent weather is so fucked up with gloominess and raindrops that hurt. Then it happened:

It went on with some ego war which I can vaguely recall. The catch was, in 2 hours time, it was raining heavily and 4pm seemed like 7pm to me. … So much of my optimism.

His blog is one worth reading too, abstract and dark. The Madman Diaries. He doesn’t sound alike in person however. The 2 blogs I promoted each belong to the two shit bags who never fail to keep my holidays interesting. It hasn’t been a long time since we clicked but surely impacts are left – a Russian edition Maxim magazine, Dunhill box, the hallucinations and countless pissed drunk tales. The medic student who opts for the title of ‘Asian Dr. Christian Troy’ from Nip/Tuck and enjoys playing boob jobs silicones. The marketing student who sparked unusual interests in DJ-ing and is granted the identity ‘Amen when barren’ (Armin van Buuren). It is soon party time!

Metal music has often been condemned and shunned for its demonic images. As for me, its a musically influenced movement in which people who do not belong find an obsession in. I have been questioned about my brutal taste for music or even anti mainstream. I just find liking to explore what is not liked by the majority, and am relieved to discover this passion puts me in a bigger picture of an ignored dark world. We question and think, but do we always receive the answer which is satisfying to our curiosity or does it really fulfill the purpose of the subject that matters? I questioned why there are creatures who love heading down to the clubs so often, people questioned my agenda of abusing alcohol and cigarettes. A lot of times we judge someone’s deed long before the answer surfaces even when it’s coming our way. By right, I don’t think what is right or wrong should be determined by the society or even God himself. Society is a system where weaklings abide and go with the motion of what the majority is doing, in fact someone conceives an idea which people think is most comfortable to them, it will then be the rule, the law. Back in the ancient days, someone jackass said that murder is bad and whoever does that should be punished, well, people that time agreed and we still do now. I think, WHAT IF it was somebody who thought the opposite and was much persuasive in infusing the thought of murder is right, wouldn’t massacre be legal now? It is always about somebody who says something and the rest obeying. For example, the ‘book’ that’s most read and published on earth today, words and values derived from it were what practiced thousands of years ago. I have to agree that it was right back then but one vital thing we men always forget, things change overtime and in suppression of circumstances we behave in few specific manners. Hence, what could be right in the past can be wrong now, what could be wrong can be right.

Few of my friends strongly believe that I’m a sadist, I find pleasure in pain. To top that, I agree to the idea of Euthanasia, to be more precise – mercy killing. Religious groups deem that nobody have the right to take someone’s life, I figured that’s total bullshit and the sentence is not fully finished to deliver the rational sense. “Nobody should have the right to take [or preserve] someone’s life” would prove me some logic. Leading on to destruction, why can’t it be considered as a creation as it shares the same process to achieve creation? Both require planning and progress in order to make either works. We believe creation is for the good and destruction is for the bad, then who defines what’s good and bad at the first place? Society? Individuals?

How would one be perceived if he puts a bullet in a man who was going around killing innocent people in the mall?

How would one be viewed for blind killing? When the belief of demolishing mankind will do greater good to nature as we are parasites on this living rock, in which I agree.

I find it a stupidity to humiliate oneself in public, in fact nobody shouldn’t be doing it to anyone. Having it taken so far, I’d stick to what I do best – compromise and keep quiet ‘cause it would have been a mess if I responded and detonated a temper/ego war. A lot of times I wonder if I have ever stood for what I believe in, or just going with the motion since everyone is doing it. Or to merely please those around me that I’m enjoying the company provided. What I chose to believe is my patience hasn’t come close to the red line and there is still sufficient space to fill up tantrums being thrown around. When others can indulge in self-pity, constantly implementing the thought of which he’s spineless, a follower who nods to everything even though he is as good as the rest, perhaps better.

A CG reunion dinner was setup last night, at a wrong place, wrong time for a good cause. Seeing people I always wanted to see again was somewhat a reminder of past to me. Not everyone showed up but it was a good session looking back at our old selves. To top that, I had a conversation with a friend and we came across life and perspectives briefly. He said that there is always more than a viewpoint in every scenario, which is very true and a redial in mind. Then we carried on to live to learn or learn to live, I am a man who strongly stands by learn to live. Getting into as much trouble as possible, fall hard and rise a stronger person, then we’ll get to tell stories about our lives. Than people who feed on the stories of someone else’s life and treat it as his own, knowing that he’ll always have this little desire of doing things beyond his boundaries. Books to life, it is true that an influence can be created but how much can we be like a book? Come to think about it, what made this book that we read? It is always the author’s life experience, the shits they went through and how much one thing changes them, these are the elements that make it so wonderful. And what readers do, “It’s a masterpiece! This book changed my life!” I always thought that’s nonsensical, how on earth this book changed your life? Have you truly been through the similar problems or even close in where you are standing at the moment? Why not be another author, live a life, lose and gain something then write a book? I’m sure that’ll be more meaningful than living a life based on a book, that bullshit is only applicable on control freaks, insecure human beings who take charge of everything within their own sweet world so nothing would go wrong and cost them something. Isn’t what things that cost you are the ones making you stronger? Think.

It was a fruitful night, both the dinner and beer session. Tension was sparked when a very close friend and I had a misunderstanding, then it was all cooled and chilled by Tiger, the buddies’ official beer, we’re all fine now. These are the petty problems that should be going on with life, and things aren’t about you all the time. At least I came home and gave in some brainwork of what went wrong back there, and the image of an angry friend! End.

There's been nothing notable since the composition of last post went on the page and there are creatures bugging me to update when i have No internet, No new photos, No bright idea and of course, No will to fulfill your cravings! Reading back some of my previous posts from last year, i noticed every time i mentioned 'not in a mood to write' in an entry, i'd end up writing 800 words packed with wandering. i suppose this one would turn out the same as well.

Not receiving a new post doesn't bring the end of my world guys, i'm still consistently clicking and reading the links i have on the right side of this page. James, you dropped a bomb by reconstructing Weeklyjam and posted some really attention-attaining entries, keep up with the good work! I like your writing style though. Melissa, why did you move to Wordpress? According to sources its one of the most unreliable blogging service they have got around, bet you experienced it before your updated entry huh? i still like the old one better, my opinion. Other than these 2, the rest of the list remains stagnant, counting myself in to complete it.

Life's undergoing a drastic change as holidays ended and i'm currently stuck in this dreadful short semester, am still sleeping like i had party last night and carrying 'party talks' in my bag each time i attend classes. Top of that, i'm already now half way through the semester and have only practiced occasional strive. Not geared up for finals coming my way in three weeks time and already looking forward banging myself to clubs. People like me lack of stimulation when studies hit. Other than that, one of the few interesting events brought on was the performance in Fete De La Musique last Saturday. Played with a rather new setup and concept which is the cello by Diane and Matthew on the bass. For Tony, we were band mates from the production 'Three'. The experience this time is sort of a step out of my comfort zone as i was required to play something more diverse than what i usually play, in fact i have always do. Anyway guys, thanks for opportunity and looking forward to jam with you peeps in future. Speaking of that, there's some history to be recalled, before playing in the band Chapter Seven fronted by Tony, I was always affiliated with Nick D, a real talent and i'm always taking a ride on his wave to stardom. TwoInchPaperHeart, OceanCitySeven and Three Infinity were some of the projects we did before he decided to fly solo and nailed success. I hope the best for you for the Attic's talent competition man, and a great thanks for the chances laid out. Apart from my sentimental side, parties and beer have certainly extracted the best of me, Douglas and Jared's birthday last Saturday! A fucking bash i say, warm up with Red and Gold Label before going to the club, 3 Dewars, 2 trays of shots, 2 Flaming Lamborghini, a Long Island and 2 jugs of beer to patch up the night. Very few people were able to walk out the club sanely, some boozed off in a fetus position when the party's still on, some went in a person came out a mess. For me, Space is the new heat. My party monster friend Rachel took me in for a tour and it surely impressed me, music outdid Maison's easily, environment? hands down, world class.

DJ Bob a.k.a Braden will be landing at KLIA tomorrow morning, then the party crews are all in picture. Drinking, smoking and loitering is our field of expertise. Still some stuffs are neglectable, i need to split myself to Andrew Wong a college student by day and booze machine by night!

Its close to one month since i last updated, the urge is just not there anymore, or its mere that im having the time of my life that there's no need to settle down here composing a passage which make public my life, tastes like attention seeking in the process. In a nutshell, the past month took up my finals, heavy consumption of alcohol, cigarette(which i think its time to surface), meeting new friends every now and then and Langkawi!!

Finally im able to make time for this sad ass blog since 'three' has officially put on a full stop. Cast party pictures will come later on, the camera-less man is still queuing up for his turn to get photos from the host. "We kicked ass!!" would be the standardized answer i reply if anyone ask me about it, the few months have indeed drew us so much closer, people from different background and vast age difference but im sure we were all as joyful as kids when the stage was ours right? Few will be elaborated here, not in the form to write now, proper entry on that is promised to be written in coming week.

As some of you can see in my facebook profile, i have been partying quite alot during show days. The Sunway Performing school people and my own group of kakis. And the best thing is, beer is my source of energy at night after a whole tiring day, best friend i call them as they are always there partying with me, Guiness! Tiger! The few places i went last week was De Heavens in Bangsar, Ekewoobee and Bambo9 in TTDI Plaza, another few but they will come later on, i mean later entries. De Heavens with Nick's junior was all fine, company was awesome and the place is already now on my list of places i would bring my future partner. A day or 2 after that, my sustained kakis came for the show then TTDI Plaza was ravaged when we had a drought(fucking 15 buckets!) and invaded Bambo9's dance floor with a crowd of 15 too. DJ's music was pathetic and repetitive, we only entertained ourselves by dancing moving all over the place as everyone was 'kaki lang'. Then some dude came hitting on most of my female friends there especially Rachel, smart move giving him the false number, wonder whose gonna answer the call on the other end of the phone what he gets horny and thinking he's gonna reach you girls! muahahaha! At the end of the day, it was all good. I woke up the next morning with body aching all over 'cause i was fanatically moving the night before, people saw.

Paintball plan was disrupted, again today!! Its been twice a week and I'm not longing for thrice 'cause the final shot with the existing folks is setup tomorrow. Most of you may not comprehend the thrill and addiction I've whirled myself into that's because you haven't given yourself into it once! 'Pain for Pleasure' by Sum 41 is best to describe our gameplay. My days have never been smooth these few days since it started raining, plus my ignorance came to conscience once i stepped out from my house this morning. Offered mom to help bring the garbage out and all ready to hop into Yoong's car to our destination, a tiny white thing caught my attention by the dumpster and for seconds i thought it was a dead mice. Then outa nowhere i heard whatever you call it as long as its not a 'meow', a soft noise produced by that so-called mice i had in mind. Paced myself forward to discover that it was a mice'-sized kitten, which eyes weren't quarter open and struggling to move its limps- a new-born abandoned kitten. This is when my hardiness weaken me, I have this fond for animals, whatever wherever, i just hate the world to see them strayed by the roads. Worse when its this helpless little fella, i grabbed a box, placed it inside and was then in search to provide it a shelter.

We made our first stop to PAW(animal welfare center) and displayed Bandon(a name we came up for it since its 'abandoned'. yea.) to the administrator, after a moment of looking, he rejected us. Saying it was too young to survive and whats vital to this kitten is currently in absence, the mother cat. So he laid out 2 options, to put Bandon to sleep, a more polite way to say murder, or foster it, which we had to take chances of the lack of experience in taking care of one. An animal needed to be at least 8 weeks old before they can be brought into the institution and Bandon was only less than a week old. So, i sort of decided that putting it to sleep was the best way, despite the fact i didn't want to. Got directed to the few possible vets in Subang to proceed the procedure. The first one we headed to, person in charge was all watery in eyes and with the sobby coarse voice, gave us another 2 options, pay this particular woman the rate of at least 10 bucks a day to take care of the baby, whose a well-experienced in jaga-ing kittens. Then again, put it to sleep. Considering 10 ringgit a day would be real costly for students like us, we had heavy hearts proposing that the vet would be kind enough to put it to sleep for us. She gave us a no reasoning that she couldn't carry the process out. Compassionate. So off we went, clueless of Bandon's future.

This money making vet was resting in his office chair, giving us lectures that we shouldn't waste time on it and get back to study shits. Come on la, its a life that we are talking bout here and he's not helping at all, no suggestions nothing. But came to think about it, he would perform the procedures for us for a 30 bucks fare. Reluctantly, we had to nod our heads to the poor kitten's demise. So what if its said healthy and active but we couldn't do shit, fostering it will certainly backfire my sympathy by taking the responsibility of its death in my hands. Making the best solution available that moment, letting it go. Han and Yoong didn't want to witness how it was done, i went. 2 injections, put it to sleep then drug it to death. The reason i went is till unclear now, maybe it was my subconscious sadism prompting(i love to see people die, not animals) or i just wanted to be with it after the 3 hours bond. The corpse was buried at the park near Tim's place, which is the least thing we could do for it.

Ironic no? It was only last night i asked for the guys' opinions on Euthanasia, also called mercy killing, followed today we had to perform a death sentence on a kitten. All i have to say is, its just saddening to see living creatures strayed and left helpless when we can do something about it. The bottom line is I managed to put my ignorance aside for once and do something which most would find futile. Humans are just parasites and the virus of this planet, abusing every opportunity to obtain wealth for themselves even we have to devastate. We do not deserve these lives we have now if i have to be sincerely speaking, living for the sake of living and destroying the ecosystem and climate. Unfortunately, I'm part of this. Or is that so i love people getting slaughtered than an animal getting injured.

I did the math, 8 outa 10 of my links are either dead or inconsistent. More like I'm entertaining myself, which is also a proven fact. A friend once addressed me as one of the people he knows who can live alone- Andrew's a pure drama. Got struck by a question of never-lasting trend storming the society nowadays, friendster was the heat when we're still high school kids, then blogger hit the world with its addictive d.i.y idea on making public your privacy in a page, now facebook. Ever wonder how long the fun of writing on walls gonna last? Its all personal preferences i reckon, I don control what you think, return me a favor I pledge. Of which reminded me that its rather intimidating when different familiar faces approached me after my long good disappearance in church with all kinds of questions and so on. The pagan group did complimented on standing my thoughts and one even hailed me 'welcome to the FT(free tinkle) gang!' Though I'm real certain that stealing the spotlight and get praised isn't really my intention. I believe in where diversity occurs, where we part ways. Some often assume that if I'm any different from them, I'm doomed, adults hold the demographic chart at the highest. Some think they think they know me too well and took the more extreme path in judging me. Some, there's no chance they would even roll their eyes on you the next time they see you. The usual saying 'that's life, face it', I'd correct it to 'that's human, face it'. I conceived what I perceived and have done no imposition on others but some just keeps coming back and taunt me with their 'culture'. Regardless the fact that they care, people wants to be left alone of something when they have made things clear, respect and so be it. Argh, I'm much affected by the raining season and frequent visit to Bob's blog, that my writings are turning sinister. Once in every blue moon, when the moon is real blue, Andrew would actually have the tendency to sit down and free write, which what ties the knot of this blog- no sequence and pouring words of whichever hits me. Appreciate this, 'cause it doesn't come in series.(such a self promoting fart)

Last of all, I'm most swayed by one 'some' kinda people, those who remain discreet when problems initiate a confrontation and they think that they are solving it by keeping a composure but in fact they are running away from it instead of solving it. Fragile. It grudges.

What is the meaning of our existence? Do our ordinary lives make a difference? Will we look back with regret and feel that we contributed nothing significant in our lifetime? Or will we rejoice with all the accomplishments that we have made throughout? This is a story, beginning at the end, where all these questions are put forward. The people we've met, the things that we've done and how much of it is accounted for at the end of the day.

Told entirely with body language, this story shows us that there is still one last chance to correct the wrongs in our lives and to forgive and forget. In the end, what we say doesn't really matter. It's how we mean it. And how we show it. Language is of no more importance, but instead, it's the sincerity of our hearts that come into play.

Haven't been up to much lately, but i certainly will not leave my first paint balling experience out the picture! After such long dreadful anticipation and talking(probably been a year), Yoong and I finally, gathered our first group to execute this plan. Although it was only 7 of us, but for amateurs, don't think it'd make much difference. The initial plan was to be fulfilled on Saturday but thanks to the deceiving weather in this country, we weren't allowed to shoot some ass as it was drizzling and the person in charge were more concern on our safety than our passion to thrill. I did went home wet and down headed, when expectation came to an end since my mood was all pumped up. While the momentum showed no sign of fade, we quickly reserved a slot on 2-4pm the next day as i no longer wished for further procrastination. Whatever the cost, fuck it and I was on. Well, Brad and i were earlier than expected, he was struck with bad stomach and pretty much stoned that day and i was having shaky legs, we weren't in best form. Later joined by Kok, Yoong and Keat then church buddies Aaron and Jiuhwei. Got briefed and geared, there we went laying our fingers on triggers. Teams were divided to Aaron, Jiuhwei, Keat and I opposing Yoong, Kok and Brad. 1k pallets showering, adrenaline pumping, marshal shouting , those were basically how the arena seemed like when the game was on. 'Ah!!' shall not be missed out when Yoong took his first shot and victim on me, he said the sense of satisfaction went red line when he heard me shouting in pain. Second and last match were crazy sial, first i got outnumbered when the rest of my teammates were eliminated from the match and it was a 2 on 1 scenario. Yoong took me from the right and Kok from the left, he caught me in shock and fired more than 5 shots on me. The best thing's that fella was not more than 10 feet away from me, imagine the pain if i could be shot down lying on the ground. I did a bruise calculation after the game and there were 9! i got home and discovered another 5! See how this dudes had 'mercy' on me. The pain gave me no fear when the fun itself has overpowered it and I'm sure I'll crave for another session in short. In fact, our next play will be on next weekend. Have already did some research on the markers and equipments needed, also the few good paint ball arcades around KL. Those who spent bullets on me that day, be sure to get your balls shot the next time! Woohoo!!

OKH's birthday at Sanctuary last night, went straight after the KLPac rehearsal. Arrived and learned there were only 6 people i knew, the atmosphere was all fine, but what spoiled it was the 'Cina-Pet' people. What the hell were they doing in Sanctuary anyway? It wasn't one or two or them you know, its a freaking huge spawn of hokkien/canto speaking people with no fashion sense nor dance move. Get a chinese restaurant, order couple bottle of beers and brag your lungs off la, don't come contaminate a club, you people DO NOT belong to places like these. Apart from this, there were still quite a handful of eyesores around that night, they totally 'blew' the the place off. First time, hanging around a club for less than an hour seemed longer than any of my days. Yea, alot of anger and judging breathing around this entry, and i won't deny the fact of how much i hate this part of Chinese in Malaysia, its equivalent to how 'Mat Rempits' bring disgrace to Malay. Females with gold hair, green top and pink soccer socks, same goes to you.

Chinese New Year, nothing fascinating. Best of it, nothing other than the color red and alot of noise. House hopping for ang pau, not in the wish list. Friends are the main essence and so i prefer to stay home drinking my liver off, than putting on a 'oh I'm so close to you' show with relatives i meet not more than twice a year. Regardless of how i feel towards it, I won't ruin it for you people. Have a blessed week and make sure your pockets are fully stuffed with red packets, for those who are spending it oversea, you have me to share the loneliness. And for those who share the same dislike i do, ring me up, i know good places to cheer the beers! End.

Long awaited, months of searching, and woohoo!! She's out with her first official album!! She is Meiko! Yea I may sound a little overreacted here but I ensure you with my eyes that she possesses the best female voice to date(for me la..) It is 6.26 in the morning and I'm done downloading her album 'Meiko LP' and have heard it through twice. She is too good that I couldn't find her songs using the widest p2p service download machine, too good that non of us could watch her proper video on YouTube, too good that it's impossible to get her disc in any music shop Malaysia wide, that's how good she is. Categorized in the genre 'adult alternative' which I doubt anyone with no musical interest will understand, a not-famous-at-all singer started off as a bar singer. Anything that's not mainstream, its my cup of tea. Some videos of her singing in the bar and an so called official one which I could have a decent look at her face. Great features and awesome voice. 10 days after Christmas and 4 days after New Year's day. Still not feeling anything, am going 20 this year but how I'm feeling about 2008's arrival is equivalent to how my folks who are in their 40s now, no excitement, not wishing to have any bizzare events befalling me, and definitely still dwelling in unsolved problems carried from last year. What's there to celebrate? Its just another 12-paged calender I have flipped and threw for the past 19 years. Is there hope in a new year? No I shall answer confidently, its a time frame of additional 365 days for us to accomplish what we hope"ed" to achieve in previous years, if we still remember. It is about rationally blinded halfwits emptying their spray cans in The Curve without giving in thought of what is new year actually about. Thats how I look at New Year, about Christmas, it has always been the best and only worth celebrating festival throughout the whole year. Fortunately I went through something relatively different this Christmas, when I basically spend time thinking bout how it means to me. What I learnt from my own mind is that the company which so happened to be my church allies, whom I only got close last Christmas as we bloomed in friendship and bond. Apart from that, it was obligations, I did what I needed to do 'cause i) I play drums ii) I'm part of college cell group iii) I'm a Sunday School teacher. I wouldn't label them as a bad head-nod, at least I had fun. What brings me down is I'm looking at the whole picture as a fun thing instead of a day to celebrate the Saviour's birthday(said to be and is told to the kids but the fact says otherwise). This special friend of mine, Eden Ho was on the verge of falling into the 19 year old category and we threw an awesome party for her. The whole idea was a brand new, fresh, never-being-done one and the process of executing it really brought everyone of us closer and a good laughter. Main men James and Aaron aka Chef Khan were hanging out at Mr. Straight's place and got struck by this thought of pampering Den like a princess on her 19th. It was just another idea originally but when they came to realize that the plan was achievable, that one whole week was a stress bag. Location confirmed to be at James' crib, food and beverages in charged by Chef Khan, the rest placed themselves accordingly knowing what they are good at, decorating, planning how should the program run and so on. Its like a movie, we all have our roles to play - the chef, the butler, waiter, body guard, driver, dancer, bartender, any possible characters that'd appear to serve the princess in movies we watched.

First, Eden's mom was contacted to join the conspiracy, to smuggle her daughter's dress without her awareness. Then Aaron would inform that she dresses up casually as we would bring her out for a dinner(when the whole function was made the royalty style and us dressed formally). The whole daytime was spent planning and setting up the place upon her arrival. A moment of apology as I wasn't around to help out until evening. After everything was checked and done, everyone had to fit themselves in a proper outfit, girls into dresses and guys into tux. And Jon, Sam and I were off to pick the birthday girl. I was the driver, Jon the bodyguard and Sam the cameraman who had taped down the whole thing that night. I love it when that girl opened the door for me as I arrived, the reaction was splendid - 'What's wrong with you Andrew?!!' Still in awe, I walked her to the car and Jon was there to open the door for her. Then off we went to the "buffet dinner in some hotel so we had to dress up formally" story we made up. Her place is only 5 minutes driving journey from James' place but we took the long way to persuade her into the surprise we got her. Then an anonymous call alarmed that we had to head back to Jame's place to get her present we left there, it was pure drama on the way.

Got ourselves back to James' and they were all dressed up nicely to welcome Eden, camera flashing to capture every moment she reacted to our plan for her. Instantly, the girls shoved her into their arms and dragged her upstairs to do whatever they needed to - hairdo, change into a dress and makeup. It was me again to escort her down to the living hall after she's done, and we did feel like celebrities hahaha imagine people applauding and taking picture when you are pacing down the stairs. At the last step, the cousins James and Aaron each handed over a half dozen of roses and a mock tail to pamper her as the princess, with an addition of Timothy unwrapping a Ferrero Roche for her. Clapping continued as I walked her to the throne we made and the Chef Khan attended her with his masterpiece fine dine dish, all sorted and sliced so that she wouldn't need to move a hair to eat. Rest of the night were back to normal as we talked, ate, and DANCE! Apparently there was a playlist being arranged for the night of what song to play at the right time. The guys had to take turns to dance with the birthday girl and we all ended up shaking our heads and asses of to movable music like 'cha-cha', waltz, ballroom dancing stuffs. The party ended with words of appreciation from us and cam-whoring by the girls. I sticked around till late 4 when only James, Aaron, princess and I were around doing catchups and bringing back good old memories.

Being able to be a part of her life in the last month in Malaysia was truly beyond words, I would label the party as a success and the friendship we gained is already worth celebrating apart from her birthday. This is my group of friends who help me bring out goodness in life and slapped me awake that I don't really need alcohol to get high. *Note: the party was absolutely alcohol free! Eden Ho, you have been a good friend for real and I still can't wake myself to believe that a rascal like me would come so close to have this friend like you, have a great life in U.K wei! Same goes to the rest, you guys balance up my 'Ying' side (Ying Yang) of me. End.

Extremely not in the mood to write now, but since people are demanding for an update, I shall please them with some pictures and shut them off right? hahahah initially I had a post with up to 500 words on this entry but gave it away 'cause I feel disgusted seeing so many words and ended up with this 'layan' one. To cut the shit short, had an accident and most of the guys have already heard me talking bout it numerous times so there'll be no further elaboration, only pictures appearing as evidence on what I said was pure fact. Feeling mute today, I insist myself on sharing something. Yoong, Brad and I had a drink few days back and we were talking bout girls multi-tasking. I'm uncertain that that statement made about females hold the ability of multi-task much better than males, not just the uncertain but I DOUBT the sources and research obtained. Then we ought to come out with our own set of theories - It is true that females can perform a few tasks at the same time but that doesn't prove that they excel in every job assigned to them. For instance, its already a myth that majority of the females can't drive the straight way as their minds are constantly filled with substances which lead to complications. This is what made female's thinking more sophisticated than men's. When we say guys can drive better, are we generalizing, stereotyping or stating a fact confidently? This culprit who knocked into my car couple weeks back was a Malay lady, she was talking on the phone, driving and DID NOT notice that the traffic light had turned red and my car resting placidly with the handbrake pulled up. How well do you people think she multi-tasked? I might be judging led by dissatisfaction or its just another self-gained thought behind my head.

I just gonna love accidents. Wherever whenever I'm on the road, theres a vast possibility I would witness one or even bump into one myself, oddly on Fridays. For the past three weeks, I have been in 3 accidents and witnessed 4 while I was driving.

1. Yoong's evasion from a reckless motorcyclist before the underpass in front of The Curve and came ashore on the divider. Spoiler's fragments bathed the road, engine panel ripped off, car hood dented and worst of all, the bike which caused the hit ran away. Pictures not recieved.

2. Tim's collision into a Lexus due to a truck's attempt to steer into the flyover from the far left lane right in front of the divider, making the 2 cars(Lexus and Tim's) jammed brake and kissed butt on Sprint Highway. Front hood gone as the pictures shown below.

3. Andrew(me!) ramped into the rubber dividers along Ampang Road brought out by the unfamiliarity towards traffic and avoidance from a dump truck on the left lane. No casualty and visible damage caused but 5 souls were terrified.

I'd think about the series of unfortunate events that hit the group once in every few days, perhaps we are all living a dull live so a right portion of excitement should be casted. So many accidents, but yet we always hang on a broad smile and sometimes even joke about it. We have no values for life. My eyes are born to witness accidents, will I one day depart in what I see most in life? Can't wait to find out. End.

The last time I blogged about the band I'm currently playing in was on the photography session. Its not the end yet, we had a gig in Laundry, The Curve one or 2 Sundays back then and auditioned for the Battle of The Bands 2007 last Saturday. Pictures! I shall pass the talk job to them! Credit goes to Wei Hui who somehow became the band's photographer without having any agreement beforehand.

Accident no. 1 - (Open Mic@Laundry Bar) The crash cymbal fell off during the last song and I resorted playing with one.
Accident no. 2 - (Audition@Akarkarya) 2 hours after the audition, one of the judges called up and alerted me that I've become one of the suspect who broke a microphone attached to the drums which I didn't. "Are you Andrew, the drummer of Three Infinity?", "We found a broken mic on the drum, were you the one who broke it?", "We went through the video tapes and discovered that you are suspicious 'cause you were all over the place and hit really hard on drums." Bullshit and baseless accusation thrown to me, sad to say that it wasn't me.

Had this interview with MYC.com last Saturday night as they intend to feature my band on its self-titled or some other magazines. Met up in Asia Cafe and then head to Nick's place for the photo shooting session, I'm not extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of it with my face hair on. How could I not bother to shave it and still thought it was nice on me?!!! Anyway, the theme of the session was 'Superheroes' and so we each had to portray one of our favorite superheroes of all time and compile them into the band's cover. It's been a really fresh experience as it's in fact my virgin time doing this, never knew every single detail matters - lightings, the shadows, angle of various parts of your face and the hardest of all, straining face muscles for a certain period of time so that the photographer is able to obtain a good shot. Ivan went first posing as Ultraman, every boys our age should have known and is familiar with the Japanese weirdo dressed up in tighties and masking his eyes with 2 eggs. Next on was me, supposed to portray The Hulk but when the photo came out, they said I look more like a Wolverine in frame. So yeah, I had to look furious, pushing my face muscles to the limit to get the effect. Nick went shooting webs outa his wrist, the expression is really not photo friendly but still it's very "Spiderman". Last of all, our english prick who has the strongest vocab in the band Tasha seduced the camera with her Catwoman claws. It's Three Infinity not OC7, not T.I.P our band is called. End.

Curious why am I still awake this time and able to post an entry now? In fact its not my usual sleeping time yet but I HAVE to do this blog. 26^th October 2007, what’s so special about it? Its not just a date but a month a day after my 19^th birthday and at this very day I got my most bizarre gift ever. Pause for a second, you readers must be assuming or even wishing for something good down the passage huh, stay awhile and let me enlighten you with strange but true, unbelievable yet realistic list of extraordinary events.

So, unlike any other days, I had a 13-hour sleep before I flipped open my eyelids this morning and was bottled with enough energy that’ll last me sleepless for the next 2 days. I woke up around 10 plus and started sorting chores for mom- dish washing, cleaning room(you name it, I did it) so that I could utilize my time and energy. To be random, I got back my car after a month or more from service the night before. The paintjobs were all nice and the tires are all brand new that got me all oomph up to cruise it around after a dreadful month of car-less depression. Dog, who has been my all time chauffeur for the past whole month arrived at my place, hoping that I would repay him by fetching him to class this afternoon and so I did. The journey there was smooth, except I might have lost my so called skill during my no car days. Went to college and bla bla bla, met up with Yoong after class in SS2 for a drink and we finally landed ourselves in MMORPG. *shake heads* it’s a cyber café by the way. When we were done and came out, instantly I landed both my palms on my head scratching scalp. ‘WHAT THE HECK?! A FINE OF RM30!!!’ my parking coupon was expired 20 minutes before I received the fine ticket, the worse is yet to come. Yoong whose car was parked behind me paid the same amount of coupon didn’t get one! Were those enforcers blind or what, 2 cars parked butt to butt but I was the only one bloody got fined? Plus is the first day I drove my car out and a month sharp after my birthday… long long sigh… how to tell mom about this? Die la…

Came home for awhile and got all cooled down before I went praise team practice later that night. The whole session was slow paced and they wanted the songs to sound livelier and less noisy, which is definitely out of my hard playing style, due to musical differences and me being not versatile, I was bored though I knew I was doing it for Him. Straight after practice, I drove myself to pick Yoong up for our next yamcha session, and to meet up with Doug and Dog. The drive was another pleasant one and I had air suam again in mamak! Drinking water is healthy wei, it speeds up our metabolism and helps losing weight! Once more, we dragged ourselves to a café nearby to buy some time, in addition I was still energy boosting so there’s no point heading home so early. 3 hours gone, my walk-out today has been a real shocking one, first I saw a fine ticket clipped to my windscreen and now, I saw my side mirror hanging dead at the edge of my door!!!! Give me a break la come on, first day I got back my car you people gave me this shit. If I ever knew whos the culprit who did this to my car I’m so gonna run them over with my dad’s 4x4. Ok, my day is ruined for the second time. And the tale goes on.

On the way sending Yoong home, when I started stepping on my brake pad before the traffic light in Section 17 beside Shell. I freaking heard my car’s engine dosed off. I didn’t believe what I heard at first until I saw all the alert lights popping out on my gauge. My car is dead at the traffic light!! All the cars which were passing by gave me that kinda ‘uh’ look when Yoong and I were standing pathetically by the road, both broke, helpless and desperate for help. Everything is destined at the first place, my phone had to credit to make calls and he who owns a registered line phone forgot to bring his phone out, so in short, we were screwed. Went over to the petrol station hoping someone would spare me a phone call but sadly it’s closed. This time I did snapped, I was shouting and cursing all the way, how could all these nonsense befell on me today?! Why now?!! In anxiety, we had to stop incoming vehicles to borrow phone to call for help but nobody wouldn’t pull over and give a helping hand. Typical Malaysians but I couldn’t blame them in any way, who would not be afraid being stopped by some stranger in the middle of the night. Thank God there’s this good Samaritan who came to my rescue, a Malay lady, though the fear hung on her face was visible but still she was brave enough to hand me a phone to call Dog. Terima kasih banyak banyak cik. Soon the second best thing happened to me in this appalling night was the highway service truck, woohooo!! Right after I made my call, they stopped behind me and checked what was wrong with my car. According to them, my timing belt is ripped off and the engine was drained out of engine oil, resulting there was no way to bring life back to the car unless I send it to a workshop and get things changed. Luckily the petrol station was just right beside where my car broke down and they helped tow my car there and leave it there till it opens the next morning. At least this piece of junk is not parked in the middle of the road and exposed. In the process of towing, Yoong made a trip to hell and came back, he was only few inches away from getting hit by this white Viva who was stupid enough to speed into corners without noticing there was an accident there. Asshole! So now my car is parked there safely but dead, and Dog came over and dropped Yoong and I home. Else we might be still waving and praying for help by the road. Then I noticed and quickly thank Him that I’m still in one piece, most importantly I recalled that Yoong was there too when my car broke down for the first time. This fella is the one who has witnessed all my embarrassment and joy all these years. Thank God and thank Yoong for at least being my true friend when I was in trouble. Gratitude too given to the Malay lady and the highway patrollers crews who helped making the situation easier for me. And not missing out Dog la, that dude went home and came out again just to fetch us home wei… my loyal servant free of charge! Hahahaha you know I didn’t mean what I just said.

Anyway, I gonna move myself to bed now. Need to wake up early in the morning and go check on the car with dad. I had enough ‘worst day of my life’ tales already and here I attach another one to the list. A day made of fine tickets, a broken side mirror and a dried up engine. All occurred a day after my car is reconditioned. Shall I be thankful or shall I be pissed? You tell me… Ends.

Last week has been my least productive week of the month, guess I was still going through hangover after my birthday haha, L.A.M.E. Anyway nothing much, was the malay's raya so we chinese were fortunate enough to take a break from all our tasks for a week - a holiday! You know what's the best thing that could ever happen? The brown skins were all outa town and there's zero traffic on town roads, highways and even back alleys! Plus the weather is superbly wonderful these few days so all I did was sleep, sleep and more sleeping. After gaining myself enough rest and the sky outside is all gloomy and chilling again, I'd start to recieve calls to go out. Where to? This hobby I've developed lately is fatal to both my eyes and wallet, I resumed our groups long lost takei(gaming) routine. Yes yes it take me less than 2 seconds to imagine whoever is reading this to shake head and feel let down by me, I got it. Like Den said, I'm ignorant, I know what's going on but I chose not to care, well said! Been trying to think of a line to self-describe until you uttered that, ignorant I am. Spent an average of 3 hours in this TBun cafe everyday playing Dota and Marvel Tower Defense, as usual I still suck badly in Dota, countless death which is a good thing anyhow. I'll stretch my fingers across 'Ctrl-Tab' and initiate a conversation with anyone I feel like talking to every time I get pawned in the game. Will hang around dusk on weekends occasionally and reward ourselves a good chat in Nasi Kander Sedap where I normally order a warm water, anyway the hotspot of the month is Aman Suria.

Gaming, sleep, skip dinner, eat, a list with any laziness related deeds would be what I apply for the past whole week, or way before that when classes were still on. And one really bad thing that's been hitting me is skipping cell group on Friday nights, only realized how much worries I caused within the group after weeks when I came across some messages and hints in certain chatterboxes. Sorry guys, its just the war broken out inside me, thrown myself into unnecessary dilemma when things are just as simple as it seems. Really gonna express my gratitude here to Melissa, that gal... mature shall be the word to sketch her now. Had a not so long chat with her back then and things said was inspiring enough to a stage I could barely believe my eyes seeing the amount of words she wrote.*take note, no joke and sacarsm imposed here yea, am feeling thankful for your good intentions* and those who cared and have been checking on me, some may sound harsh but hahaha its fun getting that, I'm feeling the attention *taking deep breathe*, woohoo!! Anyway a huge thank you to all of you, I'm part of the cell and have grown with it, I can't afford to lose what's been earned all these months so here I cross my heart, you'll be hearing me shouting 'Andrew's back in action!' in short time.

Its Monday again in few more hours, what mode shall I turn myself in? The rain still get onto my nerves and sleeping in this kinda weather is something I won't wanna miss, macam mana?? Ok people, time to make a move! End.
